A story of mystery, conspiracy, and goofy antics!
A Regular Minecraft Playthrough (usually abbreviated as ARMP) is a (usaually) light-hearted series made by yours truly, that's all about minecraft!
It's a machinima series, which basically means that it's a series that's recorded and produced within Minecraft itself. The series isn't in production yet, unfortunately, as I'm trying to find actors
to play each character in all the scenes of the series. But, while you're here, I might as well tell you about my plans for the series!
Also, I won't be covering spoilers. The series definitely isn't coming out anytime soon (hell, it may not even come out at all), but there's always a chance and I don't wanna spoil any of you. If you don't mind that,

You may be wondering what the general plot for the series even IS, and the general gist of it is this: A boy gets tossed into a minecraft world for unknown reasons, and wants to try to go home.
Along the way, they find a variety of friends, enemies, and many, many mysteries to solve. Who brought them here? Why are they here? How do they get home? What the hell is an Eternal Extermination Project?
There's obviously a lot more than that, but that's the TL;DR of things. One thing that IS concrete to the series is that: Minecraft isn't just used as the storytelling medium, it's the actual setting.
What I mean by this is that the world that ARMP takes place in a standard minecraft world, that follows standard minecraft rules. The main 4 protagonists go through standard minecraft progression,
they can use minecraft's quirks and glitches to their advantages, etc. It's as if they're living in a modded hardcore server.
Now, it's time to take a look at probably the second-most interesting part of ARMP: the characters!
Now, many of the characters currently are in a "concept" state. Essentially, that means that instead of being full-fleshed characters, they're loose archetypes that will eventually be molded into full, proper characters
when their first appearance rolls around. However, we have a few full characters, which I'll show now!
(note, these characters aren't final, and will probably be altered by the time the series releases and over the series's early runtime.)
Character Time!
Ani!
"Yeah, I'm a self insert. So?"
Ani's a 14 year old kid, and the story's main character. All characters that are about to be mentioned ARE main characters, but Ani's the MAIN main character, as his POV is what's shown for most of the series's runtime.
As a 14 year old, he's timid, lazy, and overall kinda a pussy. He's one of the few characters who lived a relatively normal life, so the sudden overhaul of living in this new cruel world kinda overwhelms him.
However, he's not like this forever, and with the help of his friends, he grows into a true adventurer, learning to see the good in every situation and becoming a lot more confident in himself.
Plek!
"And of course I end up in this whole situation; Can't a guy get a damn break?!"
Plek's a robot, made 7 years ago but with the intellect of a 17-20 year old. He was built as an amusement park mascot robot, but
quite a while ago, during his construction, he wasn't limited in intellect due to a bug, making him too smart for the job. However, instead of being scrapped, Plek was forced into a different job:
managing his entire part of the park. However, what his builders forgot is that he had emotions, so the workload overwhelmed Plek, causing him to become spiteful to everyone because of what he went through.
However, one thing stayed true through all of this: his undying, hard-coded love for kelp and all things related to it. In the world the series takes place in, he's extremely untrusting, and downright mean to everyone,
only joining the main squad because it's the only actually logical thing to do. Doesn't mean he's happy about it, though. Not in the slightest.
Karl!
"EXPLOSION!!! :D"
Karl's a strange one. He's a creeper, who, upon spawning, decided that instead of attacking players, he's gonna rebel and join the players' side. He was also gifted with 2 abilities: the ability to
think and speak like a human unlike the other more animalistic creepers, and the ability to survive his own explosions, instead taking damage relative to how large of an explosion he produces.
Sounds great, right? But there is a bit of a catch:
He's 7. With all the benefits (active and strong imagination and optimism) and all the drawbacks (naievity, rebelliousness, erratic behavior, etc).
Sounds great, how can I help with the series's creation?
By far, the best way to help is to join the series as an actor! It's the role we need to fill for the series to even get off the ground, and any applications are appreciated!
If you're not applying to be an actor, just select "i'm going for another type of role" and put the role you want in the Introductions question.
But, if you can't or aren't intrested in doing either and still want to help, than another, very valuable way of helping is spreading the word! Join the discord and bump the server,
tell your friends, share this page, make content about the series, anything you do to spread the word is very, VERY appreciated!

Alright, geez! There's not much ARMP content outside of the webseries itself, but there IS an old version of the series on my channel, from a previous attempt to create the series that,
due to a lot of reasons, was cancelled. However, that version of the series is NOT CANON! However, the 2 attempts will be pretty similar, at least in the early parts.
